Women spent an average of 4.1 hours per day performing unpaid work, while men spent 1.7 hours – that means women did three times more unpaid care work than men, worldwide

Bail Kolhu through its TVC’s has subtly introduced and normalized the concept or perception of men in the kitchen

– chopping, cooking, serving and enjoying food just as would be seen by a woman.

Bail Kolhu being a brand of such stature and acceptance across major markets through the campaign is trying to advocate for a more progressive and inclusive culture and open doors to a future where children grow up to see it as a very normal household expectation to seem both parents contributing to every role that builds a home.
